The Office of Disability Services (ODS) uses a disability accommodation management system, ACCOMMODATE to facilitate the accommodation process and to store confidential information and documentation. All students must request accommodations through Accommodate and faculty can view approved accommodations for students in their courses.

ACCOMMODATE is specifically designed for disability services offices and features a portal for students, faculty and staff to engage in full featured management of all accommodation-related information and processes. The system simplifies student disability services processes, create efficiencies for students, faculty and staff, eliminate paper transactions, reduce email exchanges, provide access to student information and records at any time, and much more.
